The 3 bedroom, 3 bath beach Owner’s/Guest house has been completed and it’s being rented now for weddings, special events and family use. Sky’s Sunset Bar and Grill is complete and began operation August 2021 with billiards tables and a band stand completed 2023.
Storm’s is structured as a stand-alone Company which allows transfer of all shares of Storm’s Beach and Country Club to a new Owner per Philippine Law with outright purchase. This approach provides seamless transfer of operating licenses and permits (all in hand including the ECC), which would remain with the Company and its new Owner with either lease or purchase options.
