Storm’s Beach and Country Club

Storm’s Beach and Country Club sits on a 20,000 square meter, highway to beach, lot with 173 meters of west facing Sulu Sea frontage featuring a wide sandy beach. The highway side of the lot has 170 meters of National Highway frontage. Facilities include the new Owner’s House with huge enclosed sun porch, swimming pool, Events Center, Conference Building, Beach and Pool Cabanas and basketball court. The Resort is also available for 50 year lease at $1.5M if that option makes better sense. 风暴海滩和乡村俱乐部坐落在20000平方米的海滩,西侧173米,正对着苏禄海(Sulu Sea),有一片宽广的白色沙滩。后面170米,正对着国道。配套设施齐全,有游泳池、活动中心、会议楼、海滩泳池更衣室、篮球场。该海滩别墅正在改造,升级为个人专属产权。升级后,该项目可举办婚礼、生日派对、私人聚会,批准为度假村后还允许过夜停留。

风暴海滩是一家独立企业,根据菲律宾法律,允许把风暴海滩和乡村俱乐部的所有股份转让给新的业主。这避免了变更土地产权、营业执照、许可证,所有证件仍归公司与新业主。
